We then fit them with any new parts they need to get them working again. Lastly, we grease them up and test them to ensure they are acting like brand new. Once they go through the approval process of becoming refurbished, they are up for resale again.

The 830-19 is an uncommon version of the 830 series of Grass hinges.  Therefore the part availability is scarce.   There is no good alternative for the 830-19 with the exception of the soft close hinges which require new screw holes to be drilled in the door.
