Packages are generally shipped within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via United States Postal Service with tracking and drop-off without signature. Orders under 13 ounces with be shipped First Class. Orders over 13 ounces will be shipped Priority. If you need your order quicker, please contact us for Priority Express Delivery 1 to 2 day or FexEx Overnight.
All orders have a $4.95 fee for First Class or Priority shipping for packages of any size or weight.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Include a copy of your invoice, delivery slip or order number. If you don't have a copy, please log in to your account to print a new copy. It usually takes 1 to 2 days to process your refund after receipt. Return shipping is not refunded.
