Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Wrong Hinges Ordered
Hinges are hard to identify and find replacements. If the wrong hinges were ordered, send them back at your expense for a refund.  If the wrong hinges were sent, let us know and we will make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Exchanges are available for Soft Close Hinges only.  For example: You ordered 10 Pairs of 830-53 soft close hinges.  While installing them you discovered two doors have different hinges like the 830-41.  That's a common issue. Send the 830-53 back at your expense along with a note that you would like to exchange them for 830-41 soft close.  We will send the 830-41 hinges to you at our expense.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
